The item is eligible for return within 30 days, any return (non-quality issue ) over 30 days will be declined
The item must be returned in its original shoe box and remain in its new & unworn condition
We are not responsible for a customer’s "worn" damages
We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by santimon.com
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for orders over 30 days of receipt
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

If your refund request is granted, we will directly refund to your account. It usually takes around 1-3 business days for the money to arrive. If beyond this time limit, please contact your issuing bank for further information
A refund will be made after our warehouse received and accept the returned shoes

Due to varying circumstances, we no longer process exchanges. We encourage you to return for a refund and reorder if you wish to make an exchange. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED
If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@santimon.com right away and we will have the issue resolved for you. We reserve the right to request photos of the defective item before we authorize a return. We are not, under any circumstances, responsible for a customer’s "worn" damages (wear and tear, stretching, etc)
